متطلبات الوظيفة:

  •    الاساسي: – بكالوريوس تربوي أو مناهج وطرق تدريس أو تقنيات تعليم.

HSE Instructor

The Instructor is responsible for teaching all aspects of the Technical Training programs assigned to him (Classroom and Workshop), materials development, and managing his program The Instructor is also the assessor for his programs.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES :

HSE Instructor

– Lead the classroom development and ongoing maintenance of all training programs, course materials (theoretical and practical), procedures, and assessments to satisfy the client and Awarding Body requirements
– Conduct training programs related to Health and Safety
– Assist the senior instructor in selecting and recruiting a suitable team of technicians.
– Ensure that the equipment in the workshops and laboratories is suitable and adequate in number to complement the training and assessment.
– Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable redundant equipment from Operating Companies for training purposes.
– Assist in developing written and performance tests for assessing specialized training programs.
– Present PowerPoint presentations to company staff on nonteaching days.

– Assess trainee portfolios to the agreed External Verifier and Awarding Body standards
– Assist in the training, development, and certification of trainees as NVQ Assessors.
– Ensure the standards of all programs he is responsible for are maintained.

– Discipline the trainees he is responsible for when required.

– Membership with a professional body (IOSH, OSHA, or any professional body) is preferred at a level that reflects the Tutor’s qualifications.
– The candidates should have experience in operational safety in Oil and Gas or/and construction safety besides compliance with OSHA Standards and/or best practices.

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

– Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or post-graduates (Master/PhD).
– Hold a NEBOSH National or International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or an equivalent recognized qualification in health and safety, as well as a qualification in operational Oil and Gas safety.
– Membership with a professional body (Grad-IOSH) is preferred at a level that reflects the Tutor’s qualifications.

Technical Assessor – Crane Heavy Equipment Rigging

To conduct Performance Assessments of Contractor’s Staff as part of a pre-screening process for working on Saudi Aramco projects.

The Technical Assessor is responsible for the development, implementation, reporting, and analysis of all certifications as assigned.

Working as part of the Certification Team the Technical Assessor will ensure that the written/performance sections of the certifications are developed and maintained as per the company policy for the following disciplines; Rigging, Crane Operator, and Heavy Equipment Operator.

  • Cary out Heavy Equipment Performance Assessment for H.E, for instance (Telehandler, Traxcavator, Wheel Loader, Pipe Loader, Straddle Carrier, Forklift, Skid Loader, Backhoe Loader, Grader, Bulldozer Side Boom, ….)

 

 

Functional Duties :

Technical Assessor – Crane Heavy Equipment Rigging

  1. Assist in developing written and practical assessments in their field of expertise.
  2. Ensure that all assessments are completed efficiently and professionally.
  3. Complete the analysis of all assessments.
  4. Take on Mentoring responsibilities as required.
  5. Assist with QA Audits.

Skills :

Professional Experience (minimum) :
