الوصف الوظيفي

 إجراء الصيانة على السيارات مثل تغيير الزيت والسوائل والإطارات والبطاريات وموازنة العجلات وتقديم خدمات المكانيكا الخفيفة حسب الاحتياج.

شروط المؤهل للوظيفة

المسؤوليات

  • القدرة على استخدام الرافعات الهيدروليكية للمركبات.
  • التمكن من فك وتركيب الاطارات على المركبات باستخدام المعدات و مفاتيح الربط أو أدوات يدوية أو كهربائية أخرى..
  • القدرة على وضع الاطارات على آلات الموازنة لتحديد ثقل الموازنة واختيار الأوزان المطلوبة وتثبيتها على الاطارات.
  • فحص الإطارات بحثًا عن أي عيوب ، مثل الثقوب أو التمزقات.
  • استبدال صمامات الهواء و إزالة الأجسام المسببة لأضرار الإطارات.
  • إصلاح الأضرار في الإطارات باستخدام النوع المناسب من الرقع.
  • فحص المكونات الميكانيكية للمركبات لتحديد المشاكل.
  • أداء الواجبات الميكانيكية المختلفة ، مثل تغيير الزيوت والسوائل و المصفيات (الفلاتر) أو فحص واستبدال البطاريات.
  • القدرة على معرفة أنواع البطاريات والزيوت والإطارات المناسبة لكل نوع من انواع السيارات بإتباع التعليمات من الجهة المصنعة للسيارة.
  • قيادة شاحنات السيارات أو الخدمة إلى المواقع الصناعية لتقديم الخدمات أو الرد على مكالمات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.
  • استقبال العملاء و التجاوب الايجابي فيما يخص المنتجات والخدمات وتقديم الخدمات المناسبة لهم.
  • تقديم معلومات دقيقة مثل ميزات المنتج، والأسعار وخدمات ما بعد البيع.
  • الالمام الكامل بمعلومات المنتج و اظهار المقارنات بين الأسعار والميزات الاضافية لتشجيع العملاء على الشراء.
  • المبادرة بتقديم معلومات المنتج بشكل واضح للعملاء بما يخدم عملية البيع،.
  • العمل على خدمة متطلبات العميل و إجراء عملية البيع بشكل كامل.
  •     أداء أي توجيهات أخرى حسب طلب المدير المباشر.

المؤهل العلمي:

دبلوم مهني أو ما يعادلها دبلوم.

Production & Productivity

Inspect all equipment and auxiliaries on a daily basis for detection of unusual functions, sounds, and wear conditions.

Report immediately to the maintenance supervisor/manager for appropriate analysis and corrective action

Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor/manager for the daily activities and maintenance plan schedule

Attend any breakdown affecting production, and carry out troubleshooting, and repair in an effective resourceful and professional manner.

Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as Injection machines, blowing machines, air compressors, pumps and others.

Responsible for safekeeping of maintenance hand tools and equipment

Carry out preventive maintenance of all machines and equipment as per maintenance plan/schedule.

Involvement in installations and other projects given by superior.

Daily log and record keeping as per SOPs.

Follow the production schedule to determine the kind of repair works or PMs can be performed without impacting overall machine efficiency.

Should be able to troubleshoot in case of electrical process issues.

Should have basic change over knowledge.

Support the changeover team if required.

Report any issue that impacts overall performance to the superior

Proper execution/reporting of all requested reports

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at any point of time

Responsible for maintenance of LV & HV power room and transformers

Troubleshooting and reparation of drives, modules, PLCs and others

Product Quality

Inspects and examines equipment (machine and infrastructure) and immediately report any defects.

Maintains peripheral- and downstream equipment in order to guarantee constant production and/or call for support if needed.

Assists Quality and Production department on any customer quality concerns if related.

Education/ Professional Qualifications

High School Diploma or 2 years electrical degree.

B.S. in Electrical/Electronic field preferred with demonstrated success in a related maintenance position.

Experience

Knowledge of plastics blow molding or injection molding equipment, processes and control systems.

At least 3-5 years maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and electrical trouble shooting.

5 years of responsible experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry. In-depth knowledge of the plastic process.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Personal Competencies

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operation System

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office

Ability to learn usage of maintenance software for data input and research parts.

Good written and oral communication skills in English
