1 أخصائي موارد بشرية يقدم الاستشارة وعلاقات الموظفين الأخرى للموظفين داخل القسم المعين بالمستشفى.
2 مساعدة قسم التوظيف حسب الضرورة في تنسيق أنشطة التوظيف مع مديري الأقسام، وضمان التنسيق الدقيق لمعايير التوظيف ومعلومات الرواتب/المزايا، ومراقبة الاستجابة الخالدة وملاءمة المرشحين.
3 مراقبة مصادر التوظيف لجميع الأقسام في الإدارة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بالتنسيق مع شعبة التوظيف.
4 إجراء تقييم شهري لحالات إنهاء الخدمة واستقالات الموظفين من جميع المجالات المشمولة بالتنسيق من شعبة التخطيط والدراسات.
5 تقديم التوصيات اللازمة للقضاء على الإنهاءات المبكرة.
6 تنفيذ التدوير الوظيفي لجميع الموظفين في الأقسام من أجل خلق معرفة شاملة لأنشطة الوظيفة.
7 تأكد من أن جميع المعلومات الحيوية للأقسام يتم نشرها والامتثال لها بشكل صحيح.
8 يكون مسؤولاً عن تفويض الموظفين للبرنامج التوجيهي المحدد للموظفين الجدد.
9 المساعدة في إعداد وتنفيذ ومراقبة السياسات والأنظمة والاستراتيجيات في إدارة الموارد البشرية.
10 التأكد من إنشاء وحفظ ملفات شاملة ودقيقة لكل موظف وأن الوصول إلى هذه الملفات يقتصر على الأشخاص المصرح لهم بذلك.
11 ضمان المعالجة في الوقت المناسب وسريعة الاستجابة ودقيقة لجميع الموظفين
12 تلقي والرد على الاستفسارات من مديري الإدارات والموظفين فيما يتعلق بالقضايا المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
13 التأكد من الالتزام بالإنشاء المعتمد لكل قسم والحفاظ على مستويات التوظيف في الحدود المعتمدة.
14 الاتصال بمديري الأقسام للحصول على توضيحات ومعلومات داعمة إضافية لحالة التوظيف بناءً على طلبات الشراء النشطة.
15 فحص الطلبات والسير الذاتية المستلمة للتأكد من مدى ملاءمة المرشحين المحالين

المهارات :
1 درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المستشفيات أو المجال الإداري ذي الصلة.
2 – خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين (2) في مجال متعدد

Duties and Responsibilities :
(Register Palliative Care)
1 Admits patients as the main responsible physician.
2 Making Daily roundDocumenttient service.
3 Document the treatment plan write the admission no, and/or eco—sign notes, and/or co—sign junior staff notes.
4 Supervises junior staff or performs diagnostic/therapeutic proco—sign5 Writes and/ or co — sign junior staff analgesic oploid orders after verifying for accuracy.
6 Performs bedside teaching for junior staff, residents, and fellows.
7 Co—Signs discharge summaries and dictates death summaries for his patient’s primary outpatient care in two clinics per week as per schedule.

10 Participates in after-hours and weekend on-call duties as per schedule.
11 Provides consultation in Palliative care to Oncology Service and other services at their request.
12 Request Consultations from other services as needed.

15 Participates in organizing symposia and workshops related to his/her specialty as needed.

Skills :
1 Graduate from a recognized medical school.
2 Saudi Board, Arab Board, or equivalent higher education in Medicine or Family and Community Medicine / Oncology.
3 Fellowship in Palliative Care (Minimum of two years)
4. Professional Experience:
4.1 Essential: Four (4) years of Specialized professional training/experience in Palliative Care in a recognized center post-qualification in
Medicine or F&CM / Oncology of which a minimum of two (2 ) years must be at Senior Registrar level in Oncology/ Palliative Care (Category A+B hospitals).
Education,
Saudi Board, Arab Board, or equivalent higher education community in Family and Community Medicine / Oncology.& Fellowship in Palliative Care (Minimum of two years)

Duties and Responsibilities :
(RGN / Infection Control Coordinator)
1. In collaboration with the Infection Control Chairman and Committee develop and monitor a process for collecting and analyzing Infection Control Data.
2. Consult with the Infectious Disease Consultants in matters about clinical management of patients with Infectious Diseases.
3. Develop and evaluate criteria for Healthcare-associated infection to be used in surveillance activities.
