To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Executive Secretary

  • Screen and verify all official documents, received within and from outside the department, for distribution to the employee(s) concerned.
  • File relevant/important documentation, received from the Department Head, to the respective location to ensure proper safekeeping and control of departmental documents.
  • Screen and entertain all incoming visitors/guests who have a valid appointment(s) with department personnel to minimize work disruptions to the minimum level.
  • Monitor and maintain a sufficient level of supplies on hand, for department use, to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operation.
  • Handle special tasks, as assigned by the Department Head from time to time.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require frequent weekend and evening work.
