Job Description :
Storekeeper
- Leads and directs the activities of the Sr. Storekeeper and Storekeepers to ensure that all company items, materials, and supplies are properly and safely stored and secured in the warehouse and that stock levels are regularly monitored and well-coordinated with the concerned departments.
- Ensures timely release of the items required by all operating units.
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents, and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received and updates the transactions in the Oracle system within 24 hours.
- Ensure accurate counting of the materials after issuing and on-time reporting of discrepancies and damages.
- Manage relationships between the division and plants; coordinate reviews of goals and develop action plans for ‘future allocation’ of job responsibility.
- Submit a weekly listing of Purchased Orders delivered (W.A.R) on WED to LM.
- Submit a daily report of ManualTicketst to LM.
- Submit a daily report about the re-location of SP as per schedule from L.
- Submit a report of the closing of the month within the same day.
- Continuous familiarization with the SAP system at all Materials Management levels.
- Maintains the warehouse, records, and store area in a neat and orderly manner.
- May serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area.

Follow-up certificates and other governmental issues concerning the truck and his driving license are to be handled by the concerned parties.
- Keep the vehicle in a good condition and ask for maintenance upon need and collaborate in issuing needed reports stands for this purpose.
- Report about any problem occurred during driving or any accident and keep the supervisory or follow up concerned employees posted about status as desired by them.
Conduct simple maintenance needed to the truck and conduct routine check.
- Operates vehicle in a safe and proper manner and obeys local traffic laws and regulations.
Complies with, at all times, with all Company safety procedures / regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under his responsibility.
Skills:
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver’s License from Saudi or his country of origin
- Familiarity with Arabic language and or English.
- Commercial Driving Skills
- Maneuvering vehicles at varying speeds in difficult situations such as heavy traffic, inclement weather or in and around tight areas.
- Long distance Driving
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills with basic Arabic & English

Material Management Specialist I
The Material Management Specialist ensures that the Warehouse work inputs and outputs are completed on schedule, considering all the elements of the warehousing, inventory, and internal logistics processes, and providing value to the business including an understanding of operational and safety risks.
The Material Management Specialist assesses the materials demand from operations to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment, adopting strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
Key Accountabilities:
Material Management Specialist I
- Adhere to IMI policies and safety standards.
- Analyze, edit, and schedule the activities to be carried out by the warehouse team.
- Deliver and provide evidence about the storage areas optimization in terms of space and ensure the storage of material based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Ensures that the reception, storage, and distribution of materials are carried out in a precise and timely manner.
- Control the inventory to avoid a shortage of critical items.
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and service provider performance.
- Constantly work to streamline the Warehouse process and procedures, identifying areas for improvements.
- Ensure all requirements for safety, document retention, cycle counting, and other areas of compliance are met.
- Utilize key tools, programs, and proactive field visits to ensure standards and behaviors.
- Problem-solving further material issues in the warehouse processes.
