Job Description :
IT GRC Coordinator
– The ITGRC Analyst will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), IT Policies and Procedures, and IT Staff Training. This role will help ensure that the bank’s IT infrastructure and processes are aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
IT GRC Coordinator
– Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT KPIs and KRIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes and controls.
– Support the management and maintenance of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
– Coordinate and track IT staff training initiatives to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
– Participate in IT risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
– Collaborate with various IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements.
– Prepare and present reports and analyses related to ITGRC activities, findings, and recommendations for management review.
