Job Description :
Junior Project manager
– To initiate the project code, obtain BRD, Central bank circular and MIS code to be charged.
– Prepare WBS- Work breakdown structure, detailed plans, and task lists for specifically allocated projects, and execute them.
– Prepare Project Charter and Obtain approval from the Sponsor.
– Provide input to effort/Budget calculation/consolidation and obtain approval from the sponsor.
– Coordinate and support and/or participate in project and department-related committees or subcommittees, to ensure desired outcomes being achieved.
– Liaise with the program manager, IT, procurement, InfoSec, and business unit management and department heads as required for planning and execution of projects.
– Prepare weekly status reports and liaise with the Program Manager.
– Follow and implement Regulatory and Project framework.
– Liaise with Core project stakeholders, prepare lessons to learn and obtain signoff.
– Prepare closure report, FAAR (Fixed asset allocation report) obtain signoff from the sponsor, and submit it to TMO-PMO.
– Liaise with the program manager, and project stakeholders, identify risk and prepare risk register.
– Liaise with stakeholders and manage UAT – user acceptance test and regression testing.
– Conduct Brainstorming sessions and status update meetings, leasing with all stakeholders
