Qualifications:

– BS or Diploma degree, preferably in Human Resource Management with knowledge of training and development Methodology.

– Strong knowledge of Alumina and plant operation.

Experience:

– Minimum of 10 years experience in MBAC operation or related manufacturing plant.

– Minimum 5 years experience in Training function.
