JOB SUMMARY :
Assistant Manager Project Monitoring
– Monitor risks during the development phase in the projects financed by TDF. Categorize the projects based on the risk level and escalates potentially high-risk projects to TDF management. Participate in the development and implementation of strategies on the projects based on respective risk levels.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assistant Manager Project Monitoring
– Execute pre-project risk assessment, identify preventive actions, and provide feedback/ advice prior to the project start date
– Oversee TDF’s projects ensuring alignment, on-time, and successful delivery against set KPIs
– Develop weekly/ monthly reports to evaluate project progress ensuring alignment with project plan and budget, highlight any risk, intervene when needed, and provide recommendations
– Maintain projects’ documents are properly coded, filed, and maintained for future referencing
– Monitor and track continuously project budget and timeline to avoid deviations from the plan and recommend corrective actions when needed
– Participate in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) analysis to support decision-making and achieve successful project delivery
– Analyze projects’ KPIs measurement results, budget expenditures, and resource utilization ratios and provide support to improve future performance
– Assess the confirmation of project closure and prepare a certificate of completion

Job Requirements :
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
– 4-7 years of experience in the field of Engineering preferably in a Financial Institution
