Job description :
Process Engineer – Manufacturing
– Preparing and releasing work instructions detailing assembly/packaging operations and development of packaging processes and procedures.
– Designing and validating manufacturing tooling/fixtures.
– Providing Support on field( machine shop ) whenever required
– Creating product routings within the ERP system, Quality Control sheets, and manufacturing forms.
– Influencing design to ensure new designs are optimized for manufacture, performance, yield, and cost.
– Providing dedicated technical support to the packaging operations providing quick and effective solutions to daily production issues.
– Supporting new product introductions, and custom product NCR resolution.
Skills & Job Requirements :
Process Engineer – Manufacturing
– Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college or 10 years of comparable work experience in pressure control equipment manufacturing.
– On-hand experience in a machine shop or welding shop.
– Understanding Engineering drawing and identifying Bill of material.
– JD ( ERP) experience will be preferred.
– ON hand experience in API 7-1,6a and 16A is highly required.
