ARTD Office Manager
– Assist ARTD Manager with day-to-day tasks.
– Create schedules and appointments for ARTD GM Office.
– Coordinate with the Documents and Archiving Office to ensure the safe handling of confidential documents.
– Assist ARTD Manager to prepare reports and directives.
– Manage the executive’s phone calls.
– Prepare memos, letters, and draft files.
– Planning appointments and board meetings.
– Conduct any research the manager needs.
– Monitor and provide office supplies.
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place.
– Processing invoices and bills for ARTD GM Office.
– Organize the filling system in the ARTD GM office.
