IT Infrastructure engineer
Description
- Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Implements warranty and support activities. Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) Develop and maintain Change Management processes for client environments. Determine hardware, software, and resource requirements to implement and upgrade MDM environments based on current and forecasted Customer requirements.
– Rresponsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure that supports an organization’s IT systems and services. Their primary role is to ensure that the organization’s technology infrastructure is efficient, reliable, and secure.
– Monitoring the performance and health of the IT infrastructure by using monitoring tools to track system metrics, identify bottlenecks or issues, and take proactive measures to optimize performance. also perform routine maintenance tasks such as applying patches, updates, and security fixes to maintain system stability and security.
– Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution to the infrastructure-related issues arise and identifying the root cause and resolving them by using technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network problems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
– Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization’s infrastructure from potential threats by collaborating with security teams, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
– Documentation and reporting of the infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides and create reports on system performance, capacity, and incidents, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Collaboration and communication with other IT teams, such as system administrators, network engineers, and software developers, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the infrastructure.
– Expert in VMware Workspace one Mobile Device Management (MDM).
– Expert Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, SharePoint, Web Farm.
– Expert in English skills.
