Job Description :
Cash Management Sales Manager
– Meet assigned sales goals/targets related to GTB Cash Management business activity.
– Actively work closely with the Relationship Managers to increase the share of wallet from existing and new clients by providing them GTB products and services according to their business needs.
– Effectively channeling customer feedback and market competition to Product management teams
– Take a lead and respond to RFP by co-ordinating with Product teams
– Structure tailored and innovative solutions using the GIB suite of products and services to meet the requirements of sophisticated customers
– Prompt feedback on complex cash management transactional queries raised from customers, maintaining and developing customer relationships through liaison with customers on technical issues
– Increase the utilization of all Cash management products across the Eastern province such as Payments, receivables and cash collections, Sweeping accounts, Cash pooling, MT940/942, Payroll, etc. (Later on the Point of Sales, Cash Deposit Machine, and the corporate credit card once they are launched).
– Negotiates terms and prepares GTB Cash Management offering proposal including pricing.
– Identify cross-selling opportunities with internal business units.
– Processes customer sales according to bank guidelines and procedures
