OVERALL PURPOSE:
Senior Specialist – Medical Helpline
– Process and disseminate vast amounts of information. Provide an outstanding Health Claims Service to the customers
– Describe the benefits and coverage associated with different types of plans and describe exclusions and non-covered treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Specialist – Medical Helpline
– Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, keeping in consideration that all Al Rajhi Takaful customers have an urgent requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.
– Be aware of other departments’ policies and procedures – provider network, claims and approval. In order to provide the member’s accurate information and answer to their queries.
– Reporting of frequent problems that are facing the client in Approval, network & Claim in order to take action promptly.
– Reporting of frequent problems in Waseel system or provider’s procedure in order to communicate with authorized person to solve the issue.
– Sharing of ideas and suggestions to improve ART procedures, technology and service so that will help to improve the service level.
– Prioritization of VIP members’ issues.
– Work as a delegate to support our customer in hospital.
– Ensure the hospital reception staff are handling ART members properly.
– Issuance of acceptance letters.
– Issue request of acceptance.
– Manage the referral process and request of acceptance (letters).
– Commitment to attendance and departure time as per weekly schedule.
– Accept and ability to adapt to shifts as per work needs.
