ERP Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to contribute to this groundbreaking Giga-Project, which will play a pivotal role in the development of Saudi Arabia’s cultural and tourism sector. As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of enterprise resource planning solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of ERP systems, providing necessary training and support.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of ERP solutions and recommend improvements and optimizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- A proven track record (7-10 years) in managing ERP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the culture and tourism sector is an advantage.
