Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Docmosis Specialist, Copywriter, and Basic Graphic Designer. This role primarily centers around creating and managing Docmosis files in ODT format. And copywriting, with a secondary emphasis on basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will have expertise. In document generation through the Docmosis platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing

Docmosis Expertise:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Docmosis-related tasks within the organization.
• Create, modify, and maintain templates and documents using Docmosis, with a focus on ODT format.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in generated documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Docmosis templates or document generation.
• Train and assist other team members in using Docmosis effectively.

Copywriting:

• Craft and edit written content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure copy is clear, concise, and aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
• Proofread and edit written materials for grammar, spelling, and overall quality.

Basic Graphic Design:

• Create simple graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials and documents.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design visuals that enhance messaging and brand identity.
• Use basic graphic design software to produce quality images and designs.
• Ensure design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Docmosis files in the ODT format.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in document generation.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software.
• Basic copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
